Account information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with a third-party provider, we receive basic profile details from that provider.
Profile content
We store the content you add to your meralink page — your username, bio, links, images, social handles, products, services, and any other material you choose to publish. This content is intended to be displayed publicly on your page.
Bookings, leads, and form submissions
When a visitor books an appointment, submits a form, or makes an enquiry on your page, we collect the details they provide — such as their name, email address, phone number, and message — and make that information available to you, the page owner.
Payment information
meralink supports UPI-based payments. Payments are made directly between the payer and your UPI account through your chosen UPI app. We do not collect or store card numbers, bank credentials, or UPI PINs. We may store the UPI ID you configure and basic records of payment requests so you can track them.
Usage and analytics
We collect aggregate analytics about your page, such as views and clicks on your links and tools. We also automatically receive standard technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and referring pages — when the Service is accessed.

3. Google integrations
If you connect a Google service — such as Google Calendar or Google Business — we request only the permissions needed to provide that feature. For Google Calendar, this allows us to create and manage calendar events for bookings made on your page. meralink’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect a Google integration at any time from your dashboard, which revokes our access.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited cases:
- Public content: information you publish on your meralink page is visible to anyone who visits it.
- Service providers: we use trusted third-party vendors for hosting, data storage, and infrastructure to operate the Service. They may process your information only on our instructions and solely to provide the Service to us.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of meralink, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
5. Cookies
