How do I place an order?
Two ways. Add what you want to the bag in the shop above and send the order over WhatsApp at checkout, or just message us directly and we'll sort it out in chat. Either way the order reaches Tanvi on WhatsApp and she'll confirm it personally.
Do you deliver to my city?
We deliver across India. Send us your PIN code on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the delivery time and any courier charge before you pay anything.
How do I pay?
We'll share payment details on WhatsApp once your order is confirmed. Nothing is charged until you've seen the final amount including any delivery charge.
Can I exchange it if I pick the wrong size?
Yes. If the bag doesn't fit your dabba, message us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange for the right size. Same if it arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered — send a photo and we'll replace it.
Do you take bulk and corporate orders?
Yes, and it's a good part of what we do — corporate gifting, employee welcome kits, school tie-ups and wedding return gifts. Bulk is priced differently from single bags, and we can print your logo on larger quantities. Use the Corporate & bulk enquiry form above with your quantity and timeline.
